As arrogant and cocky as Jose Canseco was, we'd all hate to admit that he was right. Rafael Palmeiro was a fool to lie in front of Congress. But it makes sense why he's a spokesman for Viagra - all those roids could cause many different disfunctions.

This is like Bill Clinton all over again. There's a lot of talk about impeaching Rafael from the Hall of Fame.
